Men's Brushed Cotton Cutaway Sack Coat

Our Brushed Cotton Cutaway Sack Coat is a faithful replica of the coats worn by Victorian gentlemen to showcase their favorite vests and pocket watch chains. Fashioned from 100% brushed cotton with a 100% polyester lining, this unique silhouette cannot be found elsewhere. Dry clean only.

The coat features a notch collar and a slightly slim fit. While it has no exterior pockets, there are two pockets on the inside. Measuring approximately 35 inches in length, this sack coat is a bit longer than the standard.

An added bonus is that men did not have to unbutton their coats to sit, as this coat is meant to button only at the top. Although all buttons and buttonholes are functional, fully buttoning the coat will result in a poor fit through the chest and shoulders.

Available in sizes 26-52, our coats are made with typical American sizing, so your chest measurement (in inches) is the size you should choose. If your belly measures larger than your chest, use the belly measurement for coat size.

To measure your chest, raise your arms slightly and measure just under your arms, crossing over the shoulder blades and the fullest part of the chest.
