Made from beautiful velveteen, the lining is black canvas - these stunning spats are completely reversible at the wearer's whim. Metal grommets punctuate the side and lace up with black organza ribbon.

The fabric is a plush blend of 65% acetate and 35% nylon with a cotton lining. Dry clean only. Imported, with two sizes to fit most ladies.

To measure for spats, measure your ankle circumference as shown, just above the ankle bone. If you plan to wear the spats over ankle boots, be sure to measure with the boots on.
